Having trouble connecting your heart rate monitor, experiencing audio
issues, or need help with your subscription? We're here to help.
Before You Write
Here are the most common issues and quick fixes:

Heart rate monitor not found? Make sure your monitor
is strapped on and broadcasting. Drift only detects devices that
advertise the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service (UUID 0x180D).
Most chest straps (Polar, Garmin, Wahoo) and some optical arm bands
support this.

Audio stops when screen locks? Ensure Drift has
background audio permission enabled in your device settings. On
Android, check that battery optimization is disabled for Drift.

Subscription not recognized? Try tapping "Restore
purchase" on the subscription screen. If you switched devices, your
subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account and will
restore automatically.

Want to cancel? Subscriptions are managed by Apple
or Google, not by Drift. Go to Settings → Subscriptions on your
device to manage or cancel.
